ChooChooGames.co.uk was created by HanBright sp. z o.o., ul. Konecznego 15/6U Krakow, Poland. HanBright sp. z o.o. is The Operator of The Site.

By using the Internet platform www.ChooChooGames.co.uk you agree to be bound by the Terms of Use which shall take effect immediately on your first use of ChooChooGames.co.uk. If you do not agree to be bound by all of the following terms please do not access, use and/or contribute to ChooChooGames.co.uk.

1. ChooChooGames.co.uk is primarily for use by parents and children (Users). It is an educational site accessible for use under the domain name of www.ChooChooGames.co.uk. The main objective of The Site is to enhance the growth of preschool children from the ages of two to six years old by the use of interactive games and tools and to build a knowledge base in the form of a blog, to store, provide and share knowledge on child development, upbringing,children's' games and to develop child intelligence interactively with parents . The Site contains a blog. The blog allows for the free exchange of ideas and experience by Users of The Site. The Site is used to collect behavioral and usage data that will be used for analysis and research on how the Internet is used by children in the 2-6 year old age group and their parents.

3. Cookies, which are a small files that contains a string of characters, are used by the platform to track vital information required for the collection of statistical data and proper functioning of the site. 4. All information provided on The Site is provided with the explicit understanding that it will not be used as medical advise and it will in no way be treated as so. Medical advise should be obtained from a Medical Doctor only.

5. Users can publish information on The Site, however Users cannot publish on The Site nor forward information to other Users, that: is commonly understood as not suitable for young children:

• contains words that may be of an offensive nature, be they vulgar, not acceptable, profaning, scandalizing unlawful, harassing, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, racially offensive or otherwise objectionable. contains material that violates personal interests or rights of other Users or people such as but not limited to copyrights and trademarks.

• contains content that violates the law of the Poland The Site is hosted in, or any other regulations of the European Union.
• contains content that is not suitable for young children, including but not limited to erotic and pornographic content.
• is of a SPAM nature or is off-topic, including content in foreign languages.
• is posted by Users who have multiple login accounts.

6. The Operator is not deemed and will not be held responsible for any content that is made available on The Site by Users

7. The Operator can at its own discretion block or remove content if:

• the content is in breach of the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy of The Site.
• the content was posted over 12 months ago.

8. The Operator will block or remove content on the request of a User that published or posted the content.

9. The Operator will take appropriate action when required, immediately after receiving relevant information that is deemed as important.

10. Users have the right to view content published by them, as well as to their own personal data in such a way as to correct them or to request their removal.

11. Users agree to the collection, processing and use of the information by The Operator for the purposes of marketing and statistics in accordance with the Polish Act on the protection of personal data (from 29.08.1997 Dz. Law No. 133 of 1997).

12. By providing ones e-mail address Users agree to receive commercial information in accordance with the Polish Act for the provisioning of services electronically (dated on 18.07.2002) from The Operator or third parties that advertise or post commercial content or content related to the site. Users may revoke their consent to receiving such information at any time.

13. The Operator has the right to provide commercial content on The Site.

14. Users are responsible for all activities undertaken on The Site and are obliged to repair any damage that they may cause due to such activities.

15. It is prohibited to copy, reproduce, republish, disassemble, decompile, reverse engineer, download, post, broadcast, transmit, make available to the public, or otherwise use content on The Site in any way except for personal, non-commercial use, in whole or in part published by The Operator or Users without written consent of The Operator or the User.

17. Disputes between Users and The Operator will be settled by the Court of the seat of The Operator.

18. The Operator reserves the right to change the content of the Terms of Use. The amendments to the Terms of Use come in force after their publication on The Site.
